Hello, and thank you for reading the Indivisible Bangor newsletter EXTRA.
Just a quick note on what we can do in the next few days to help disempower Trump. I’ve been seeing a lot of signs in the Orono and Veazie area for Mike’s opponent, so let’s get out there and canvass for Mike! We can start by walking with him in the parade at the Old Town Riverfest this morning! Meet at 9:00 am! Details below!
Plenty of opportunities to canvass for all the other candidates, too! Take your pick! With a high today of 72 degrees and partly cloudy skies in the Bangor area, it’ll be a great day to knock on doors. And a great day for a parade in Old Town!
*and more canvassing! Canvassing for Mike Tipping, Amy Roeder, Aaron Dana, and Dani O’Halloran, as well as Hannah Pingree, Troy Jackson, and Matt Dunlap.
Happening Today and Beyond!

We’ll have flags, signs and lots of candy. Should be a really fun event!
Knock Doors for
Dani O’Halloran in Brewer
Sunday, September 27 at 11:00 a.m.
Our friends in Brewer could really use some help canvassing in Brewer! They write, “Dani O’Halloran is running for re-election to the State House in a district with 400 more registered Republicans than Democrats. But she is the kind of candidate who has won here in Brewer and can win again in this challenging district for a Democrat. And if we are able to get enough direct contacts with the voters, we are confident she has a very good chance to win re-election. But we really need those direct voter contacts.”
Canvassing for Dani is Sunday, September 27, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Can you host volunteers during the elections?
From Maine Dems Coordinated Campaign:
As we enter the final stretch, our volunteer operation is accelerating fast. Every additional door knocked and every conversation held in these final weeks can shift outcomes— our supporter housing network is key to making this all possible.
We’re working to refocus and expand our list of supporters who can host volunteers for shorter stays or during specific high-volume GOTV periods. If you’re able to help or have folks in your network who could help, even for a night or two, please fill out the supporter housing form below with just your email! Your response helps us place volunteers quickly and keep our field team fully deployed where they’re needed most.
FORM LINK: SUPPORTER HOUSING OPT IN
(For clarification, opting in only means that you are okay with receiving requests from out of state volunteers for supporter housing – not that you are guaranteeing anything!)
Sign Up to be a Nonpartisan Election Observer
