Fight Back With Friends! is a national program designed to help you activate your community! Using the Empower app, the powerful relational organizing app, we’ll equip you with the tools to connect with friends, family, and neighbors who need YOUR voice to get civically engaged. Join us on the fourth Tuesday of every month for a one-hour training session, where we’ll onboard new participants and introduce fresh calls to action that make a real impact.

May Day Strong

We invite you to join other Maine unions, businesses, student organizations, community groups, and neighbors in a peaceful, one-day action on May 1st with no work, no school, and no shopping. This is a voluntary day of pause that will be recognized by coalitions across the country.

Our collective action will allow us a chance to step back from business as usual and send a clear, collective message about where our country’s priorities should be.

Dismantling Democracy: 53 Days in Nazi Germany explores the critical weeks following Hitler’s appointment as chancellor in 1933, when the Nazi Party legally and systematically dismantled the democratic foundations of the Weimar Republic. Grounded in primary sources and historical context, the program offers an opportunity to learn about this pivotal moment in history—one that reminds us how quickly democratic institutions can erode.

Indivisible has not endorsed Shenna Bellows, but has endorsed Graham Platner for Senate. This is a joint event hosted by Maine People’s Alliance.

Join us for a community town hall featuring Maine People’s Alliance endorsed candidates Graham Platner for U.S. Senate and Shenna Bellows for Governor. This is an opportunity to hear directly from the candidates about their priorities, values, and vision for Maine, and to learn more about their positions on issues that matter most to you and your community.

These conversations are a chance to connect with neighbors, learn more about the stakes of the upcoming elections, and engage in a meaningful dialogue about building a more just, sustainable, and people-centered future.

All are welcome. Come be part of the conversation.

Join us to knock doors to Get Out The Vote (Early!) in Bangor.

Starting May 11th, Mainers can begin casting early in-person absentee votes. Join us to knock doors and ensure every Graham supporter knows where and how to vote early, help voters request their absentee ballot, or make a plan to vote on Election Day (June 9th!).

We will meet at Maine Peoples Alliance and conduct a full training for all volunteers.

Bring a friend, wear comfortable shoes, and get excited to make a difference for Maine.

It’s also jazz night at Paddy’s, so come out for great music, good food, and even better conversation. Bring a friend.

This event is free and open to the public. We’ll have bar food and snacks covered. Matt Dunlap will be there too — drinks are on you.
